Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website at netbeautyng.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

NetBeauty Africa offers beauty and wellness services including microblading, eyelash extensions, facials, body massage and spa, braids and hair styling, manicure and pedicure, waxing, lip blush, teeth whitening, body sculpting, and professional beauty training. All services are performed by certified professionals at our salon at 25 Allan Balogun St, Agungi, Lekki, Lagos.

Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our website contact form.
• A booking is confirmed only upon our acknowledgement via WhatsApp or phone.
• Walk-in clients are welcome subject to availability.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Health & Safety

For the safety of all clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications before your treatment. We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may cause harm.

Clients who are pregnant, have recent surgical procedures, or active skin conditions should consult their doctor before certain treatments.

Results & Aftercare

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. NetBeauty Africa is not liable for results affected by failure to follow our aftercare guidelines.

Semi-Permanent Treatments

Semi-permanent treatments including microblading and lip blush require a patch test and signed consent form prior to the procedure. Touch-up appointments are the client's responsibility to book within the recommended timeframe.

Academy & Training

Training course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Course schedules and content may be updated at our discretion. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements.

Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.

Liability

NetBeauty Africa shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
